  • The room was designed and constructed by introducing a pressure setting damper to maintain the pressure and the function of a draft chamber.

  • A CO2 gas reducing device is installed, which allows to reduce the CO2 concentration.

  • Special glass is used in the lamp house to take measures for sensible heat load.

Inside the room

High cleanliness is assured to ensure the hospital room to be sterile. The room was fabricated in our factory to save the work load at the hospital. Clean air flows from the top of the bed to under the bed. A shower pan, a hand washer with sterile water, and a toilet are installed in the room.

Animal housing room

The animal housing facility consists of anterooms, preparation rooms, and animal housing rooms.
For housing of mice, rats and rabbits, the rooms are kept at positive pressure to prevent air flow from the outside, resulting in ISO class 7 cleanliness level. All fresh system prevents odor from filling the room. No-loss-reheater system can save energy.



¡Outdoor artificial climate chamber <2010>

The outdoor artificial climate chamber can use natural sun light. Complete prefabrication significantly reduced the installation time, and kept the quality as well. Temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration are controlled by a program. In case of abnormality, e-mail describing the abnormality shall be sent to the registered address. Not only plant growth or environmental resistance experiments, but also insect ecology or storage experiments can be performed.

The temperature, humidity, illumination, and CO2 concentration can be controlled.
These chambers met the structure criteria of P1P level. To prevent the leak of pollen and the like from the chamber, air is exhausted after filtering through HEPA filers.
Heat-insulated structure and 3 position control allow energy saving.
In the plant acclimation room, 3 in 1 LED illumination is adopted to allow each of RGB to be separately used or combined.
The plant growth chamber has 11 metal halide lamps, which ensure illumination of 70,000 lx.
A remote monitoring system allows you to observe each room.



¡Highly-functional artificial climate chamber <2010>



Fluorescent lamps and a Sunlight lamp

The two serially mounted artificial climate chamber can control temperature, humidity, illuminance, CO2 concentration, etc.
Experiments can be performed under two environmental conditions at the same time with a program control system.
The chamber has fluorescent lamps and Sunlight lamps, and a reducer that can reduce the CO2 concentration below the atmospheric level, as well. It is suitable for plant growth. This highly-functional artificial climate chamber has been purchase by various universities.



¡Chemotherapy dispensary <2010>

We designed and constructed a chemotherapy dispensary for a university facility.
One of our clients wanted to prevent the exposure of anticancer pharmaceuticals, and to functionally operate the instruments depending on the dispensing amount. To satisfy these clientfs requests, we designed a system that separately operates the safety cabinets and constantly control the room regardless of the number of the safety cabinets based on our biohazard defense technology.

Storage room

The cell processing room (CPR) consists of a bacteria examination room, a cell culture room, and a storage room. Since the institution deals with hematopoietic stem cells, immunocompetent cells, neoplastic cells, etc., the CPR has a pass room, an anteroom, and the like, and the cleanliness and the pressure level are set based on the required sterility level and risk level in case of contamination.

We designed and constructed the class 1 infection control room for a city hospital.
This room has an autoclave sterilizer for disposing infected wastes and a device for sterilizing infected drainage water.
